Reserving your 2011/12 student home
A deposit of £200 per person and payment of an application fee secures your home.
Once all tenants have paid this we will start the application process.
Please note that the sign up process MUST be completed within 28 days of payment of the deposit.
All properties require a UK based guarantor for tenants.
Applying for your student home
Once the deposits have been paid all tenants will be sent a link to an online application form.
Once these are all completed we will send out a guarantor pack via email or post to all guarantors.
Once the guarantor paperwork is received (within 28 days) we will book an appointment for you all to sign the tenancy agreement.
Moving in to your student home
Once all tenants have signed the tenancy agreement a check in date will be set for the 1st September. You may be able to move in earlier if you notify us in sufficient time. Either way you will be able to move belongings into the house over the summer months.
Half rent is payable over the summer months (July and August) - this payment is due on the 1st July.
