Renting with us - Applying for a tenancy
Once you have found your ideal property make an appointment to start your application.
All professional tenants are fully vetted including references and credit checks. Where necessary the landlord may require a guarantor - this is someone who will stand in and pay your rent if you are not available.
Once you have completed the application a move-in date will be set for you to move in.
Renting with us - Moving in
Once you have set a move in date a full inventory report will be taken on the property, meter reads taken and you will do a move-in at the property.
