    • Rent Collection.

    Our Silver package is available from 8%+VAT

  • Platinum management


    Our Platinum management package includes:

    • Check-in
    • Deposit Protection and management
    • Rent Collection.
    • Check in
    • Check out
    • Deposit negotiation
    • 3 monthly inspections
    • Notifying council of moving ins and move outs
    • Notifying utilities of moving ins and move outs

    Our Platinum mangement is available from 10%+VAT.
